Quoted service prices cover the document preparation or service described and do not include fees charged by courts, government agencies, recording offices, or other third parties, unless specifically stated otherwise.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be paid directly to the applicable court, government office, or third-party provider.
Standard USPS First-Class or Priority Mail postage is included when mailing is part of the selected service.
If expedited or overnight delivery is requested, additional shipping charges apply. FedEx or UPS overnight delivery must be prepaid by the customer and will be billed separately.
Payments and deposits are non-refundable once services have been started or completed, except where otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their information and documents for accuracy before finalization.
Minor corrections resulting from an Express Documents LLC error will be addressed at no additional charge.
Substantial changes requested after documents have been finalized, including changes to information, parties, circumstances, or the requested service, may require an additional $50+ revision or reprocessing fee, depending on the scope of the work.
Files that have been inactive, abandoned, or require substantial rework may also be subject to a reprocessing fee.
