Meet the Founder

Hello, I’m Shari Howard, your local independent legal document consultant, specializing in legal document preparation. With over a decade of experience in the legal field, my journey began in 2006 as a legal assistant at a mortgage law firm. Over the years, I have garnered invaluable insights and expertise from my roles at the county recorder’s office and the county property appraiser’s office, where I honed my skills in document preparation and property-related matters.

I have successfully managed a wide array of documents, including liens, foreclosures, satisfaction of judgments, and divorces. Understanding that legal matters can be particularly overwhelming for those representing themselves, I am deeply committed to providing the necessary guidance and support to make these processes more approachable.

My passion is in supporting pro se individuals, with a special concern for pro se fathers, empowering them with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate legal challenges confidently. Whether you are dealing with liens, foreclosures, child support or divorce proceedings, I am here to assist you every step of the way.

In addition to my document preparation services and notary work, I am also an author. In 2023, I published my first eBook titled “Florida Notary Roadmap: Your Path to Success,” offering valuable insights and guidance for aspiring notaries in Florida.
