Mobile Notary Pricing
Your total appointment cost consists of a mobile service/travel fee plus the applicable notarial fee and any optional services requested.
Broward County
Standard Mobile Service Fee: $75
Serving Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Plantation, Davie, Cooper City, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Sunrise, Coral Springs, Parkland, Weston, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Lighthouse Point and surrounding Broward communities.
South Palm Beach County
Mobile Service Fee: $100
Serving Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and surrounding areas.
Central Palm Beach County
Mobile Service Fee: $125
Serving Manalapan, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Wellington, Lake Worth Beach and surrounding areas.
North Palm Beach County
Mobile Service Fee: $150
Serving Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, Jupiter and surrounding areas.
NOTARIAL FEES
$10 per notarial act
Florida law permits a notary public to charge up to $10 for each traditional notarial act. The notarial fee is separate from the mobile service/travel fee.

Mobile Service Fee: $75
2 Notarial Acts: $20

WITNESSES
Need a Witness?
Witness provided by Express Documents LLC: $40 per witness
Some documents may require witnesses in addition to notarization. When requested in advance, Express Documents LLC may arrange for a witness to attend your appointment for $40 per witness.
Have your own witness? There is no witness fee.
